"Act on your passion, a new world is waiting for you." This mantra has guided me along my path, and it is with great enthusiasm that I invite you to join me on this journey toward greater well-being and self-discovery through yoga and holistic integrated therapy.

I firmly believe that those who seek alternative care are already embarked on a journey toward holistic transformation. Change can manifest from any experience.

At the age of 24, a life-altering accident left me with multiple broken bones — my nose, wrist, femur, knee, and ankle. This event not only shifted my perspective on life but also forever changed my perception of yoga.

During my painful confinement in a clinic for a month, I was forced to exercise patience and trust. It was during this time that I felt compelled to explore the practice of yoga. As a novice practitioner, I initially focused on mastering breathing techniques. This simple yet profound exploration ignited a deep inner curiosity within me.

I began to observe the subtle rhythms of my body, even amidst the clinical setting, and learned to synchronise my breath with my pulse. I discovered that yoga breathing had the potential to positively influence the body's response to pain. With diligent practice, I gradually weaned myself off painkillers entirely, much to the scepticism of my doctor. Yet, I persisted, buoyed by newfound confidence and a determination to prioritise my well-being through yoga.

In the face of warnings from nurses about the risks of foregoing medication, I remained steadfast in my pursuit of holistic healing. The liberation from the haze of painkillers brought me immense joy and clarity.

My journey through adversity reinforced my belief in the transformative power of yoga. It was this profound personal experience that fuelled my passion to share the benefits of yoga and holistic therapy with others.

My Approach

As a certified Integrated Yoga Therapist, I adopt a holistic approach to healing that considers the entirety of an individual - body, mind, and spirit. My objective is to assist you in attaining optimal health and wellness through a variety of modalities, including yoga, meditation, and alternative therapies.

I offer flexibility in session settings, whether indoors or outdoors, allowing for connection with nature and the possibility of incorporating practices like Tai Chi, Qigong, or Yoga amidst the serenity of a natural environment. Embracing nature's embrace fosters inner harmony and a profound sense of freedom, facilitating personal growth and self-discovery.

I firmly believe that integrating nature into therapy sessions has a transformative effect, reducing stress, fostering creativity, and promoting overall well-being.
